Monika has dedicated over 20 years to work and study in the field of psychology, clinical therapy, human behaviour and peak performance. Monika is passionate about helping people free themselves from pain and suffering so they can live a fulfilled and empowered life. She works as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist, and business mentor for professionals.
For over 16 years Monika has worked with some of Australia’s most marginalised individuals in the social welfare sector and in private practice. She works to empower those experiencing homelessness, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, relationship breakdown, grief, and low self-esteem, among many other issues. Adding Coaching and NLP to her tool belt saw Monika’s clients rapidly overcome their challenges and become contributing members of their community.
Monika founded HypnoLab, a busy Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy practice in Melbourne’s north, specialising in rapid anxiety resolution. With Monika’s methods, clients can expect results in weeks, rather than years of therapy. Monika provides a practical, holistic, and solution-focused therapy style. Monika is soon to be author of The Anxiety Relief Handbook: Calm & effective anxiety relief tools from Complimentary and Allied health professionals.
Monika also uses her expertise in stress and anxiety management to provide conflict resolution, personal therapy, and peak performance training for business owners. She is the appointed Counsellor for Travel Counsellors, supporting franchisees, executives, and staff Australia wide with business counselling.
